Abstract  This paper introduces the present situation and development in the geography of law, which is a more active new branch of the subject of human geography.Taking the criminal acts in China as an example, the paper studies the differential features of the criminal acts in some different regions with different economic developmental levels.The aim of the paper is to approach the real possibility for constructing and develoing the geography of law in China and to push the subject of human geography as whole forwrad.
